Julia is a Clinical Social Worker who strives to create a safe and empathic space for all clients. She enjoys working with children, adolescents, young adults, and families with a wide variety of needs. Her therapeutic style is collaborative, introspective, and person-centered. Julia is committed to providing diverse, welcoming, and empowering care for all. She utilizes an integration of evidence-based practices including play therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative and creative expression, as well as mindfulness to support the unique needs of each individual and family. Julia is a trauma informed clinician with training in Sensorimotor Therapy and Internal Family Systems.
Julia earned a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Michigan in 2018. Sequentially, she completed a two-year, post-graduate clinical fellowship at the University Center for the Child and Family (UCCF) providing individual and family therapy. Julia has been in private practice since 2021 and is a proud native of Ann Arbor, Michigan.
